Family christmas card session on the football field

All Moms are created equal, but only the luckiest become football Moms.

I have been photographing this family since their youngest was an infant. It is amazing to get to watch a family grow over the years; to witness their babies mature into individuals, displaying characteristics of each parent, joking around, interacting as a family.

Each year we do a unique session for their Christmas cards. This year we took to the football field. Mom’s idea couldn’t have been more perfect to celebrate where their family is at this point in their lives. What could bring a family closer together than the countless hours of travel to and from practice and games?

This session was a great combination of traditional and lifestyle portraits. The laughter this family shared was contagious and could be heard at the other end of the field. What a blast it was to capture these sweet moments for this awesome family.
