“When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.” ― Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind

Stunning family portraits taken on local farm

I had the pleasure of reconnecting with childhood friends Sunday; I hadn’t seen either of them since we graduated high school. It’s funny how in your head you’re a certain age until you see your peers and realize that you are, in fact, a grownup. Their children each have the best of their parent’s characteristics and personalities. Just look at those cuties! And their eyes, WOW! They were so much fun, I could have photographed them all day.

It was a gorgeous day spent with a beautify family.  I loved capturing their warm smiles, giggles and general happiness. Now that they live back in the area, I am looking forward to seeing them more. Thank you for a wonderful session.
